Hero-dric Cube

The Hero-dric Cube is the crafting hub — a nod to Diablo's Horadric Cube. It unlocks at hero Level 4 (about 15 minutes in) and gains new functions as the Cube itself levels up by feeding it items. Selling higher-value items grants more Cube XP.

Alchemy

Convert unwanted items into gold (and Cube XP). The main early gold source. Use Auto-Fill to batch, but lock keepers with Alt+Click first.

Synthesis

Combine 9 same-rarity items into 1 of the next grade. Output item level comes from a dropdown, not the fodder.

Craft

Build random gear or accessories from materials within a chosen level range. The best early source of accessories.

Decoration

Socket single-stat gems into Rare-or-better gear (1 stat per socket).

Removal / Extraction

Strip sockets back out. Destroys the material and charges a small gold fee; the gear must be unequipped.

Socket monster-material engravings into Immortal-or-better gear (2 stats each).

Wish / Offering

Spend anniversary coins on a gacha for random rare items.

Inscription

A scroll adds one random stat from a large pool into Arcana-or-better gear.

Three enhancement layers

Gear can carry three independent socket types. You must strip ALL sockets before an item can be sold on the Steam Market.

Pick a gear slot and the Cube returns one random piece — its grade is rolled from these odds, which improve with the chosen material-level tier.

Combine 9 same-grade items into one of a higher grade. Below Immortal it always grades up; from Immortal up it can stay the same grade, and a rare great success jumps two grades.

Extraction cost

Gold to remove one applied stat, by the stat's tier and type — identical for weapons, armor and accessories. Engraving costs 2× and Inscription 4× the Decoration price.

Spend an Anniversary Coin plus a gold fee for one random gear piece (unlocks at Cube Lv 20). Each coin rolls a different grade distribution, datamined from the drop tables.
